Black Gold RV Park
In early 2024 we took over a stalled RV project in Gardendale/Midland and rebuilt it into a long-term, extended-stay community. We added 38 brand-new pads with new septic, electric, roads, and landscaping, reactivated 23 existing pads, upgraded utilities and Wi-Fi, refreshed common areas (including pool), and put on-site management in place – completed in about four months. The park reopened as Black Gold RV Park, leased to 100% with a waitlist, earned 5-star resident feedback, and validated our playbook: shade/trees, fast internet, clean shared spaces, and consistent operations drive demand in West Texas.
